My Boss Has Too Strong Monopolistic Desires

A height difference of 40 cm! A handsome guy who looks like a model is my boss?!... Konatsu, a woman of small stature working at a publishing company, has gotten her wish and been transferred to the sales section of the shoujo manga department. When she cheerfully enters the office, she collides with a tall, handsome man: Mr. Shishio, the section chief! He is strict about his work and looks scary at first glance, but he always helps Konatsu out in a pinch. This kindness is being bestowed as a boss... right...? Or perhaps...
