Homeru Hito Homerareru Hito

Eiko Ichikawa, a staff employee at a toy company, inconspicuously handles the necessary work for the company on a daily basis. One day, her manager points out a mistake and scolds her. The absurdity of being told off for a single mistake when she normally performs her job without appreciation... Eiko feels crushed, but the manager's right-hand man, Bandou, saw what happened and invites her out for a meal. Eiko is nervous about what he might tell her, but contrary to her fears, Bandou praises her a lot! That being said, his "praise" is a little strange...?

The boss's way of praising is too much!! Odd but comforting. A fluffy workplace comedy!
